Ordering

The easiest way to initiate an order is to send me an e-mail. Please indicate the piece(s) in which you are interested, together with any questions you might have. I strongly encourage a dialogue throughout the transaction, if only to preclude any misunderstandings later on. You may also order by writing or calling me. Except where noted, the artwork on this site is available for purchase. In addition, high quality reproductions of individual pieces are available. Please note that all my pictures are copyrighted and that I reserve all rights to them.

Payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars and payments with check or money order must be in that currency. In addition, I accept payments via PayPal and I would strongly advise using this system. It is fast, easy, and protects both of our interests. Moreover, PayPal will accept payments in U.S. Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Euros, Pound Sterling, and Yen. When using PayPal, use the following e-mail address to send payments to me: anthony@markulis.com. Please be advised however, that I will make shipments to and accept payments from only those countries on PayPal's approved list. You should check their web site for more details.

Shipment

The price of each piece includes shipping and handling to anywhere within the contiguous states of the continental U.S. For shipments outside this area, including Alaska, Hawaii, please contact me for the additional shipping costs. In addition, I must levy the applicable sales tax on any piece shipped to a New York State address. I will advise you of the final price in the e-mail or letter that confirms your order. All customs charges, import duties, and taxes such as VAT are the responsibility of the buyer residing in the country in which the particular charge is levied.

Guarantees

I wish to guarantee your satisfaction. Any purchase may be returned for any reason within thirty days. Please note that all returns must be in their original condition and packaging. For this reason, please retain the shipping container and packing materials until you are fully satisfied with your purchase, or until the thirty day period has expired. This guarantee does not include prints.
